as i type this im wondering why tf im telling you guys about this, because by all means of logic the officers were fully in the right here -- but i just like telling people whenever something interesting happens. so yeah, extra emphasis on the fact that the two police women who told me off were completely justified to put a not-very-long story even shorter, theres this really smooth road where i live and it connects my house to mcdonalds, and i wanted a mcdonalds, so i decided i would have a cheeky skate down there. it was around midnight when i set off, so it goes without saying that it was fully dark out, and my dumbass didnt go out with any lights, wearing all black. i got about 3/4 of the way to mcdonalds, having the best, most smoothest skate of my LIFE - im serious people, ive been dreaming of the day i could skate on that road for literal YEARS. there were almost no cars on the road, just the odd few which i would move off of the road for them to go past. so i move to the side for another car, and i see that it slows down next to me. i look the the side and its a fucking police car fanta stick they tell me what youd expect them to - it was everything to do with the fact that i couldve got hit by a car. this is why i said they were fully justified to pull me over, and i understood this immediately, unfortunately i had a panic attack in mcdonalds due to the confrontation anyways. im at home now snacking on my mcfries and mccheeseburger (if youre curious i walked home, with a little skate on the pavement close to my house). you may be thinking im the number one dumbass dipshit in the world, and youre probably right, but youve gotta understand how beautiful that road was to skate down... perfect tarmac... no potholes... no cracks in the road... barely any sound from the spinning of the wheels on the warm summers ground... i may have almost cried in mcdonalds, but oh my god chat, im not even upset anymore, for i finally skated gods promised road -- and i will be doing it again in the sunlight and probably a high-vis jacket if im feeling frisky
